At Ashvattha Quiromasaje, we understand the importance of establishing clear and specific conditions for the use of our services. Therefore, we have designed a set of general conditions that apply to all sessions, except for those exceptions that will be communicated in a timely manner to our customers. These conditions are designed to ensure an optimal experience and to maintain the quality of our treatments. It is essential that users are aware of these rules to ensure mutual understanding and full enjoyment of the benefits we offer. We are committed to informing about any modifications or exceptions that may arise, thus ensuring transparency and trust in our relationship with clients. The general terms and conditions are as follows:

Punctuality

We ask that you arrive at the center 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure that we start the treatment at the scheduled time. If the client arrives late, the treatment time requested will be shortened in order to respect the time of subsequent bookings.

Reservations, modification and cancellation

It is advisable to make reservations in advance (by appointment). Reservations can be made by phone call, WhatsApp (613 40 12 28), mail or by filling out the web questionnaire. If you come directly to consultation we do not guarantee that you will be attended.

If you wish to make a modification or cancellation of your appointment, please let us know as far in advance as possible so that we can offer that space to other clients. The minimum required is 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we will charge 100% of the total value of the massage booked. In the case of gift card or voucher, it would lose its value.

Means of payment

Payment will be in cash or via bizum at 613 40 12 28. Cards and checks are not accepted.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

If you have a voucher or gift card from the center, it is essential to present it on the day of the appointment as payment for the treatment. If your voucher or gift card is expired, it will not be possible to receive the service. Vouchers and massage purchases expire 12 months after purchase.

Refunds

No refunds are allowed on vouchers or gift cards, but they can be exchanged for another massage of equal or lesser amount, or if you want one of greater amount pay the difference.

Health and Hygiene Conditions

In case of any health problem, allergy or injury that may affect the treatment, please let us know when making the reservation so that we can make the appropriate adaptations.

Clients are requested to come to the appointment with the appropriate personal hygiene conditions to be able to perform the massage.

Right of admission

Professional chiromassage techniques are perfomed. No erotic or sexual massage are offered. Ashvattha quiromasaje reserves the right of admission to anyone who violates the fundamental rights of workers and / or customers of the center. As well as those who manifest violent or aggressive attitudes both physically and verbally.
